Happy Birthday to meeee

I feel like a very fortunate girl indeed, my parents have treated me to a McQueen ring, clothes from Kooples and driving lessons.
Also one of my brothers surprised me with Marc Jacobs earrings and I’m swimming in money from family and friends.

Times like this make me feel like a genuine fool for taking things like water etc for granted. From now on I am going to try realise just what I’ve got and not get too wound up by little things that are barely a problem!
